The backyard has a HEATED POOL, Hot Tub, BBQ Grill, Pool Table, & Ping Pong Table. Each Room has Smart TV’S w/ Cable & Netflix. Family Friendly home with Crib,Highchairs, & Games. Home is internet/Wifi ready & has 24 hour check-in w/ a Smart Lock (No Key Needed).$150 Pet Cleaning Fee per pet due upon check-in.

THE SPACE

Spring Training for the Seattle Mariners & the San Diego Padres is held around 7 minutes away at the Peoria Sports Complex.

This is probably one of the nicest vacation rental you will ever stay in. It has all the bells & whistles. The old saying, “Pictures are worth a thousand words” applies.

We focused on having a 5 star guest experience in the bedroom by choosing high quality mattresses, sheets, and pillows. As you can tell by the pictures, entire home has Upgraded Travertine Tile, Granite Countertops, and Stainless steel appliances. The old saying you get what you pay for applies. The owner recently spent around $5,000 for a Hayward Heat Pump to keep the pool warm. This is an optional service.

Below are the heated pool costs:

Heated Pool Service available for an additional fee:

$150 dollars for the first day

$100 for each additional day.

Pool is heated to 80 degrees and typically takes anywhere from 1-4 days depending on temperature outside. Heated Pool service must be paid at initial reservation.

The temperatures outside must be at least 50 degrees or warmer for the Heat pump to actually function to warm the pool. Heated Pool service must be paid at initial reservation. Typically, the months of December & January are too cold for the heat pump to heat the pool to 80 degrees.
