Off-grid and off the beaten track, our jungle sanctuary is situated on a 380-acre private reserve of primary and secondary rainforest, overlooking the beautiful and serene waters of the Golfo Dulce in southern Costa Rica. OUR CANOPY SUITES

Step into any of our spacious canopy suites and you will be elevated above the tree-tops in private tranquility. Our minimalist, open architecture provides a lofty window to the pristine jungle. Relish the solitude amid the sights and sounds of the rainforest. Luxuriate in a hammock on your quiet terrace. Enjoy an outdoor shower. Our suites are designed for living life outside. Cielo Lodge has 6 one-bedroom canopy suites that sleep up to 4 people, for a maximum occupancy of 12-24 guests. The minimum age is 10 years old, though that limit is flexible with the Buyout Package.

Life in the Southern Zone is subtle yet dramatic.   At Cielo Lodge a certified naturalist will accompany you on the nature tours, ensuring that you see wildlife that you otherwise may miss.   Upon your return, soak in the infinity-edge pool at the Lodge, take a nap in a hammock, relax by a zen spot, or enjoy an invigorating self-guided waterfall hike along with our extensive trail system.
