Villa Ixfalia is a modern 4-bedroom villa in St. Jean, located just a few minutes from the beach, shops, and restaurants. Villa offers expansive ocean views from one of the highest points in St. Jean.

The eclectic décor features driftwood headboards, wooden stools and tables, and bird nest lamps. The main house comprises a modern, well-equipped kitchen, and both indoor and outdoor living rooms.

The four bedrooms are divided between the buildings. Three suites offer queen-size beds and ocean views, while the fourth bedroom has a garden view. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Three of the bedrooms offer outdoor showers.

An angled and heated infinity pool stretches out alongside the main house. Located below the property is a sundeck and separate bungalow, which houses a fitness room. A long, steep road leads up to the house.
