The Hanse Explorer was built in 2006 for the sole purpose of being an expedition yacht, with the intention of being able to explore any area of the world. There are six staterooms and one owner’s suite available on-board, meaning that there is room for 12 guests in total. This incredible yacht is only available on a private charter basis; meaning that it is perfect for families or small groups travelling together.

Due to the private nature of the charters itineraries and schedules can be entirely personalised to your specific needs and requirements, from the destination which you want to visit, to the cuisine which you want to experience whilst on-board.

PERFORMANCE  –  Built with Aluminium superstructure and Steel hull. Hanse Explorer is capable of 12 knots flat out, with a cruising speed of 10 knots.

DINING  –  There is no strict schedule as to when meal times are during your stay on the Hanse Explorer; the kitchen is always open. All meals are freshly prepared using locally sourced ingredients, all dietary requirements can be catered for and meals can be specified to your exact taste.

ACTIVITIES  –  During your stay on the Hanse Explorer you will be spending your days exploring the striking wilderness of the Arctic or the Antarctic. You will be accompanied during your entire trip by a knowledgeable guide who will ensure that you will have the best chance of spotting a wide range of wildlife. Whilst on-board you can read a book from the well-stocked library, enjoy a documentary and listen to music in the lounge area or relax in the bar with a refreshing cocktail.
