Oliviero Restaurant serves regional dishes that allow local ingredients to shine. Let Chef Agostino D’Angelo dazzle your taste buds with his fish couscous and many more delicious creations. Our sommelier knows the perfect wines to pair them with. He recently won the best sommelier in Italy and has an encyclopedic knowledge of the excellent regional wines. Don’t leave, of course, without trying chef Giusto’s pastries. The cannoli—a local delicacy made with sheep’s milk ricotta—are little mouthfuls of heaven.

APE TOUR: TAORMINA ON THREE WHEELS  – Jump aboard a famous Ape Calessino to discover Taormina and its surroundings in perfect dolce vita style. The first stop is at Casa Cuseni, an international artistic and cultural center built in the early 1900s by English painter Robert Kitson. Continue towards the bays of Taormina where you’ll find Isola Bella natural reserve. End the tour on the peaks of Castelmola village, perhaps with a wonderful sunset.
