Villa Hvar is situated in the historical center of town of Hvar, only 20 meters from the main waterfront, the sea and promenade. Besides the extraordinary atmosphere in terms of harmonious interior design, living room is fully functional space for your maximum relaxation equipped with seating garniture, fireplace and with the latest technology (satellite TV, DVD player, computer with Internet connection). Here guests have at their disposal the home library with rich choice of numerous books, publications and various magazines in different world languages.

In this part of the house there are also two bedrooms (27m² and 20m²). Both bedrooms have big matrimonial beds and private bathrooms with shower. Between the two rooms there is another separate toilet. This whole area is linked together through long corridor that leads to  luxury equipped kitchen and dining room. Dining space, although equipped with latest technology, is in harmonious symphony with the tone of the house. Here is  dining table for 10 people, large kitchen with big work surface and all necessary appliances and devices. Dining room is separated from the garden by a glass door that goes over entire outer length and leads to the garden that has a surface of 200 m² and is rich in Mediterranean vegetation. The garden is equipped with a dining table for 10 people as well as garden furniture with sun loungers for the pool.

On the first floor – attic baroque palace of Villa Hvar there are three double bedrooms of 50m ², 36m ² and 25 m ². Each of the bedrooms has its own bathroom with shower while the master room has private bathroom with designer bath tub. The bedrooms are located in the attic what combined with the original, tasteful and appropriate interior gives them a special charm. Each room is decorated to the last detail in a completely unique way, which is particularly interesting because it is this individuality of each unit that connects them into one perfect whole.

The low ground floor of gothic house of villa Hvar is the area made up of wine cellar, large sauna, relaxation room with Jacuzzi and shower and separate room for massage equipped with the modern massage table, essential oils and all other necessities for relaxation.

The high ground floor of gothic house is connect to villa’s garden and it has an indoor pool (approx. 25 m²) with movable walls that can be opened, thus transforming the pool into an outdoor pool connected to the garden.
