The Claflin House was built in the classic and traditional Cape Cod style and has undergone a complete interior and landscaping renovation since Chatham Bars Inn acquired it in 2019. The home has four bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom and an additional powder room on the first floor. The Master Suite features a separate staircase leading to a king bedroom with a gas fireplace and a soaking tub in the bathroom. A convenient first-floor bedroom features a queen bed. The second staircase leads to a second Master Suite with a king bed and the fourth bedroom with two double beds. A full gourmet kitchen serves as a center point in the home with two separate living areas and a formal dining room.
