Superior Lodges – Opening on to private decks and heated plunge pools, our 76 m² Superior Lodges each offer a living room and one bedroom. Ideal for families or couples traveling together, Superior Lodges can be interconnected.

Luxury Lodges – Our 70 m² Luxury Lodges each offer their own private plunge pool, accessed via an en-suite bedroom and living room, with views of the vineyard over the Superior Lodge rooflines, backdropped by Simonsberg Mountain.

Deluxe Lodges – Overlooking private leafy gardens that are in bloom every day of the year, each of our tranquil 70 m² Deluxe Lodges offers an en-suite bedroom, serene living room, and private terrace with a heated plunge pool.

Presidential Lodge 1 – The two-bedroom, 130 m² Presidential Lodge 1 offers a central living area with a log fireplace and large dining area, kitchen, dressing room, private 12 m heated pool, and views across the vineyards towards Table Mountain.

Presidential Lodge 2 – The two-bedroom, 130 m² Presidential Lodge 2 enjoys exceptional views of the vineyards and Simonsberg Mountain in the distance from the spacious living area, outside dining terrace, private 12 m heated pool, and pool deck.

One of the most exclusive private residences in Southern Africa, every facet of the 660 m² Owner’s Villa has been designed to provide guests with the ultimate Cape Winelands experience. Seamlessly integrating an incredible selection of art from Laurence Graff’s personal collection, the four-bedroom Villa is a masterclass in the luxury living offering complete peace and privacy.

Step into the gallery-style entrance hall to encounter the Villa’s extraordinary views for the first time. Giant picture windows frame Botmaskop Peak to the south, with Table Mountain beckoning on the western horizon directly ahead. A state-of-the-art Assirelli kitchen, family room with home theatre facilities, and walk-in wine cellar open out to the show-stopping living and dining area, with its lofty oak ceilings, central fireplace, and opulent furnishings custom-made for the Villa.

Each of the Villa’s four elegant bedrooms offers marble bathrooms, spacious dressing rooms, and private terraces with Iroko wood pergolas. All are westward-facing, with panoramic views towards Stellenbosch, False Bay, and Table Mountain. Delaire Graff Restaurant – The menu of contemporary, bistro-chic dishes at Delaire Graff Restaurant is a seasonally changing delight. Take your seat in the elegant fire-warmed restaurant or on the oak-shaded terrace with extraordinary views of the Banghoek Valley.

Indochine Restaurant – At Indochine, Head Chef Virgil Kahn’s Afro-Asian masterpieces are inspired by his Cape Malay heritage and epicurean journeys through Asia. Dine al fresco, with dramatic Table Mountain views, or in the atmospheric, art-filled restaurant.

Private Dining and Events – An unparalleled setting for a special event, Delaire Graff offers multiple venues, both indoors and out. Alongside the two restaurants, there is also the intimate, cellar-like private dining room and the elegant Wine Lounge, with its expansive deck.

SPA

Indulge in specialized rituals and therapies inspired by the 5 elements at Delaire Graff Estate Spa. All treatment rooms enjoy a view of our beautiful gardens, while our Spa package guests and Lodge guests enjoy exclusive use of our sunny terrace with an infinity pool and Jacuzzi. Our fully equipped Technogym is available exclusively to Lodge guests in residence.

Our Treatments – Designed to stimulate mind, body, and soul, our Afro-Asian-inspired spa menu comprises a range of luxurious skin treatments, massages, body therapies, and wellbeing journeys, delivered by expert therapists.  All our facials include a complimentary brow shape and tint.

Treatment Rooms – Dressed in ivory tones with delicate African details, three suites have outdoor courtyards, while a fourth is dedicated to facials and other forms of skin renewal. Each has an en-suite bathroom and dressing area.

Pool and Jacuzzi – Available exclusively to guests in residence and half-and full-day Spa Journey guests, the 22m infinity swimming pool and Jacuzzi overlook the rooftops of the Owner’s Villa and Table Mountain beyond.

Sauna and Steam – The sauna and steam room* are meditative spaces in which to relax your mind and purify your body. Available to all Spa guests and our guests in residence on the Estate.
