The house is comprised of four beautiful double bedrooms, all en-suite and a 5th bunk bedroom that accommodates 4 children and can also double up as a playroom. 2 double bedrooms are on the top floor with exceptional views and balconies – the perfect place to have your morning coffee while watching the Whales in the bay. There is a third double bedroom also on the top floor at the back of the house that has beautiful views (partial sea and also mountain views). The fourth double is on the ground floor, with wonderful sea views and its own private outdoor shower. This bedroom opens up on the the front garden. All bedrooms feel equally luxurious making this house excellent for couples sharing.

The ground floor oozes style with exceptional decor and a double volume living area. The large kitchen is kitted out with everything you might need and has a nice central island with breakfast bar. There is also a wood burning stove by the dining table for cosy evenings.

There are many places to kick back and relax in this beautiful home – from the oversized sofa’s facing out to sea, to the window seats offering a place to read a book, and finally the soft seating around the enormous wooden fire place. Here you will also find a box full of all the household games, like Backgammon, for you to enjoy.

From the living area the large sliding doors open completely to offer a seamless indoor / outdoor experience. The terrace is the most quiet and peaceful place to enjoy uninterrupted sea views and the birdlife in the Fynbos infront of the house. There is a lovely pool and sun loungers for those looking to make the most of the South African sunshine.

To the back of the house is a protected courtyard with an open fireplace (BBQ/Braai), as well as a fire-pit. There is a further 2 dining tables here and 2 areas with lounge seating.

Last but not least, is the garden to the back of the house which has a boules court under an old Madagascan Cedar tree.

The house is nothing short of spectacular, with every detail carefully thought out to make sure you have an unforgettable holiday in Hermanus. The house feels tranquil and private, yet is is just a 5 minute walk to town or to one of the lovely sea pools to enjoy a fresh seawater swim. The front garden backs right onto the well renowned Hermanus Cliff Path, perfect for evening walks and morning runs along the coastline.
