VILLA AUGUSTA was built around 1908 as ST. JOSEFSVILLA in a distinctly Art Nouveau style. Before the opening of the Alhambra hotel in 1912, it was the guesthouse of Mrs Nedella and known for its excellent Viennese cuisine. For a number of years, the Villa was owned by a famous shipbuilding family from Mali Lošinj, the Martinolich family, and after World War II it became an annex to the Alhambra hotel.

The Villa features six suites with Čikat bay view, separate living room and bedroom and one Deluxe Room with park view.  

The Villa is suitable for up to 14 people, 410 square meters.  

All suites are named after the famous sea captains and shipbuilding families of the island of Lošinj.

Ground floor: Wine&Dine NEDELLA – restaurant with living room and dining room space.

1st floor: MARTINOLICH Suite with king size bed, small balcony, maximum 2 people, 69 square meters.  

TARABOCCHIA Suite with king size bed, maximum 2 people, 61 square meters.

Guests on the 1st floor are welcomed to use the lounge area of 20 square meters, with a terrace of 10 square meters, located nearby on the same floor, and common to the whole Villa.

2nd floor: Capt. LEVA Suite with 2 balconies, queen size bed, maximum 2 people, 50 square meters.  

Deluxe room with park view with small balcony, king size bed, maximum 2 people, 37 square meters.  

Capt. BUDINICH Suite with 2 balconies, king size bed, maximum 2 people, 63 square meters.  

3rd floor: Capt. COSULICH Suite – mansard with many small windows around the suite and frontal loggia with open roof, king size bed, maximum 2 people, 69 square meters.  

Capt. PETRINA Suite – mansard with many small windows around the suite and frontal loggia with open roof, king size bed, maximum 2  people, 61 square meters.
