4 Standard rooms (approx. 28 m2) – Each room comprises of a king size  beds and a beautifully appointed bathroom.  
Occupancy based on rates: 1-2 adults
 
Superior room (approx. 42 m2) – Room comprises of a two single beds and a beautifully appointed bathroom.  
Occupancy based on rates: 1-2 adults 
 
Panorama suites (approx.. 60 – 70 m2  ). – Suite comprises of a bedroom with a king size bed and a beautifully appointed bathroom. Suite have a terrace with outdoor furniture.  
Occupancy based on rates: 1-2 adults
 
Vintage Suite (approx. 80 m2, including a terrace). – Suite comprises of a bedroom with a king size bed, and a beautifully appointed bathroom and new terasse with outdoor furniture

11 BR Residences Loft (75 m2, plus terrace plus garden) – Each residence comprises of 1 bedroom  with a king size bed, separate living room , beautifully appointed bathrooms together with one additional toilet. All residences have terraces with outdoor furniture and garden.

Maximum Occupancy: 2 adults + sofa bed in living room 
 
2 BR Residence (150 m2).  ) – 2 bedroom residence comprises of 2 bedrooms with a king size beds separate living room, kitchenette, beautifully appointed bathrooms together with one additional toilet. Residence have terrace with outdoor furniture and garden.   
Occupancy based on rates: 1-4 adults 
Maximum Occupancy: 4 adults + sofa bed in living room

CHECK IN / CHECK-OUT TIME  
  • Check In: 15:00 hrs. Subject to room availability for early arrivals. 
  • Check Out: 11:00 hrs. Subject to room availability for late check-outs.  
  • Due to the location of the hotel, we will provide a room as early as possible. The Hotel will endeavour to allow the client to remain in the room. If this is not possible, the Hotel will provide a day use facility until departure subject to availability, which is chargeable.  
  • For a late check out to 6:00pm, a 50% charge of applicable daily  rate. Guaranteed access to rooms prior to 3:00pm may be reserved from the previous evening with one night additional  rate charge plus 10% service charge. All of these facilities are subject to availability. 

 

REMARK: 
  • Rates are per room per night, inclusive of buffet breakfast , service charge and VAT. 
  • Rates are exclusive of the city tax of €1 per person per day (18+years old) or € 0.50 per person per day (12-18 years old), which are non-commissionable. Taxes are subject to change on governments notice and business partners will bear any increments in the same.  
  • Please note that “ Meneghetti “ reserves the right to revise the rates in case of a tax increase. 
  • Infants are accommodated free of charge in the existing bed with parent. Baby cots are available with compliments. 
  • Accommodation for a child with two (2) adults, sleeping in the existing bed with their parent is free of charge and breakfast for child will be charged at 50% on adult price and free of charge for infants. 
  • Extra bed policy – extra bed can be used by infant or child only and the net price is 50.00 EUR    (including buffet breakfast and   service charge).
