Just a few kilometers from a picturesque town of Rogoznica, in a small settlement, a step away from the sea, a brand new villa Branka has taken her place. Finished right before the summer of 2016, in an elegant contemporary style this villa is a spacious summer getaway for 8+2 guests. Being constructed on a terraced garden, makes it hard to recognize the volume of this property. To provide you with the details we will start from the top floor.

Once you have stepped from the street you will meet the top floor or we can call it the third level. Third level has around 80m2. Here are three bedrooms; one on the right side is the biggest with her en suite bathroom with a shower and double bed. The two on the left side share the same bathroom and a small corridor with wardrobe and a office corner. All the rooms have a sea view and share the same long balcony equipped with outside sitting furniture. All the rooms are also air-conditioned and have TV/Sat and Wi Fi Internet access. From this level you can reach the beach either taking the staircase along the house or you can go through the house if you prefer, using the inner staircase, which lead to the next two floors/levels.

On the second level/one floor below, you will find kitchen and dinning area, connected with living room, yet smartly separated by inventive architecture. Detached by a spacious corridor these two areas are visually connected by large glass surfaces enabling you to get the sea view from the kitchen through the dining area window looking at the living area window. It sounds like a puzzle and in a reality it really is, but in a nicest possible way. Living area consists of two spacious and comfortable sofas placed by the nice glass surface with a sea view. This area can easily provide comfort while dinning and chilling for minimum number of guests the Villa is registered to. The additional plus are big glass surfaces that bring a lot of bright light into the room making one desirable combination of functional design and modern equipment.  

This area has surface of 125m2. Kitchen is equipped with stove, cooking hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and spacious refrigerator. Connected with kitchen is a small storage place where you can put all the groceries and also here you will find a big freezer, which can be quite helpful during hot summer days.  Dinning area has table with 8 sitting places plus there are four additional sitting places by the kitchen desk.  The main entrance to the villa is on this floor. Here you will also find a storage area reserved for laundry with washing machine, tumble dryer and additional space for beach equipment and water toys. Here is also one more bathroom with shower. On this floor you can exit to the terrace with outside dinning and swimming pool area. Dining area has also a nice outside fireplace/barbecue, enabling the guests the perfect connection between relaxing by the pool, having the control over cooking and dining at the same time. 

Walking down the staircase to the first level/ground floor you will enter one more dining area with kitchen and one bedroom with en suite bathroom plus an additional daily toilet.  This dining area is designed as multipurpose space. The dinning table turns into a billiard table if you take of the upper surface, so this can easily be called the entertainment area. On this level you are just a few steps from the beach, separated by a spacious terrace area.Villa is completely air-conditioned; all the rooms have double beds, TV/Sat and wireless Internet connections. The surrounding area around villa consists of 130m2 of terraces. Guests have 4-5 outside parking places. Villa is 3 km far from the town of Rogoznica, also all the restaurants, cafes, shops, first aid station, dentists, bank etc. are within this distance. Villa is also around 25 km far from the International airport of Split.
