The views from the two terraces are stunning across green olive groves to the contrasting blue of the Mediterranean Sea. Arranged over two floors, with a kitchen where the services of a talented chef can be arranged. The spaciousness of these villas makes them ideally suited for memorable holidays with families and friends.

Three-Bedroom Villa  – The quintessential Riviera retreat for family and friends, the Villa Saint-Martin combines the Château’s signature hospitality and charm with exclusive privacy. DINING

Dine-in a refined or rustic setting, with magnificent views of the French Riviera. Our two restaurants are the inspiration of a celebrated gourmet team lead by Jean-Luc Lefrançois. Take a seat on the panoramic terrace and savor the one Michelin-starred gastronomy at Le Saint-Martin, while flavors of the Mediterranean are presented at L’Oliveraie in a shady olive grove.

Le Saint-Martin  –  Chef Jean-Luc Lefrançois transforms bountiful Riviera harvests into Michelin-starred cuisine sourcing from local producers and his flourishing kitchen gardens.  Le Saint-Martin is an epicurean aerie with sweeping views across the Côte d’Azur and stylish new interiors as fresh as the season. Gourmet Pâtissière Eve Moncorger puts the jewel on the crown and Head Sommelier Géraud Tournier transforms the fine dining experience into a truly elevated journey of discovery.

L’Oliveraie  –  A generous corner of the Château garden is a profusion of herbs and ripening vegetables that inspire L’Oliveraie’s menu.  Lounge beneath the boughs of an ancient olive, relishing the sun-drenched Mediterranean flavors; herb-infused grilled fish and meats, rustic pizzas from our wood-fired oven, teppanyaki plates, and zesty salads.

Le Rossini –  Le Rossini is the most refined setting for an evening cocktail on the French Riviera. Seated on the terrace, a glass of champagne is savored with splendid sweeping views over the Côte d’Azur. After-dinner cocktails are a particular pleasure in the bar, which is furnished with regal splendor. Of special note are the rare tapestries, commissioned from Manufacture des Gobelins in Paris more than 200 years ago. Le Rossini also serves an exceptionally elegant afternoon tea.

Pool Bar – The elegant swimming pool bar is also open for cocktails. Recline in the shade of an olive tree, catch the soft fragrance of eucalyptus and cypress trees and enjoy the restful sight of cool water merging with the surrounding green parkland. Choose from an enticing selection of cocktails, cocktails, and our specialty Thés Glacés such as the delicious Thé Saint-Martin, infused with lavender and lemon on ice.
