ACCOMODATION

THE HOMESTEAD  –  AWAKE TO THE SNOW-CAPPED PEAKS OF THE MAJESTIC SWAN MOUNTAIN RANGE Perched on a wooded hill with expansive lake and mountain views from virtually every room, the Holland Peak Homestead is the cornerstone of the ranch. The luxury, 10,000 square foot modern estate comfortably sleeps 8-10 guests and is designed to comfort and sooth your senses. Sophisticated natural decor, luxury finishes and state-of-the-art appliances offer you the height of modern comfort, while soaring ceilings, giant picture windows and natural finishes like stone floors and reclaimed timber beams ensure that you are always connected to nature. It’s the perfect location for you to gather and reconnect with friends and family after a day of exploring.

LONE CHIEF CABIN  –  A spacious, sophisticated log cabin designed in perfect harmony with its surroundings. Nestled lakefront among the pines and boasting two spacious king bedroom suites, the Lone Chief Cabin luxury residence will feel like an idyllic away from home. It’s the perfect blend of mountain charm and luxury living. In the morning, you’ll awake to a view of pine trees, lake waters and mountains from your picture window. In the evening, sit by a cozy fire in the great room or spread out on your own private deck and enjoy some Montana stargazing. Located just steps on the path from the Homestead and Sentinel Cabin, you’ll be as secluded or connected as you want to be.

SENTINEL CABIN  –  Unexpectedly luxurious interiors blend seamlessly with a rustic cottage charm exterior. The Sentinel Cabin residence is the smallest of Holland Peak Ranch’s residences, and yet one of the most unique. Designed to look like a western cottage of old, you’ll enjoy the charmingly rustic cottage exterior, while appreciating the richly appointed bedroom suite layout, complete with massive stone fireplace and lake view. A full loft area provides an additional queen bed and daybed to comfortably sleep four. A kitchenette, master bath with spa tub and private deck for relaxing round out the amenities.

THE RECREATION BARN

The Recreation Barn is a gathering place for your group during your stay. Located steps from the lake and all three property residences, it’s the central hub where you can meet, play games and enjoy each others company. Shoot a game of pool, sit around the fireplace or the screen room fireplace. Enjoy a drink at the bar, or an outdoor barbecue on the deck overlooking the lake. There’s also an entire kitchen at your disposal. And just steps away, the dock is always a favorite place to relax or practice your fly fishing techniques.

DINING

SELF CATERING  – Most of our guests enjoy the privacy of cooking for themselves. If you choose to self cater, Holland Peak Ranch promises you will enjoy making memories and great food in our fully equipped gourmet chef kitchen, complete with dual Sub-Zero refrigerators, state-of-the-art double Wolf gas stove and two dishwashers for easy clean-up. Grilling on the gas grill at the Rec Barn is also a favorite way to enjoy the outdoors while sharing meals with family and friends.

GROCERY SHOPPING  – Chain grocery stores are available in both Missoula and Kalispell, a little over an hour from the ranch, making it easy to purchase groceries on your drive from either airport. There is also a local mercantile market featuring fresh produce, meats and fish, wines and other grocery items about a 15 minute drive from the ranch.  

Pre-Stocking Service – Take advantage of our optional Pre-Stocking Service and we’ll do the shopping for you. This is especially convenient if you are arriving late in the day. You’ll arrive at the ranch and find the kitchen fully stocked with your choice of food and beverages on day one of your stay.

DINING OUT  – If you’d like to soak up some local flavor, there are a couple of dine-in restaurants a short distance from the ranch that we’d be happy to share with you. Our local mercantile market is also a great stop for hot soups and meals, fresh sandwiches, deli items and other treats before hiking trips.

PRIVATE CHEF  – Guests at the ranch may choose to bring a vacation chef or caterer with them for the length of their stay. You may also hire one for a special dinner or celebration. If you are interested in this option, we can provide a list of private chefs for you to contact.
