CANCELLATION TERMS
Deposit: At the time of booking a 50% deposit is due.

Balance: The remainder 50% is due 60 days prior to your arrival date

International time considerations: Payments must be made 10 days before the expected deposit and balance terms to allow clearance of international funds to the owners of the property in Italy.

For a 50% refund on living cost, the cancellation must be made 30 days before your arrival date.

Security Deposit: Euro 2,500 to be paid in cash at the time of your arrive before the check-in. The deposit will be returned at the time of checkout after the property has been viewed ensuring that no damage has occurred.
