Ranging in size from four to five bedrooms and from 6,500 – 7,700 sq ft, Beach Enclave North Shore villas are tucked on an exquisite ten-acre beachfront enclave, sited to take maximum advantage of the island’s gentle trade winds and views. Each villa is surrounded by lush tropical vegetation, ensuring both privacy and a picture-perfect setting. Inspired by an open Caribbean living concept, these villa homes blend the indoor and outdoor spaces with wide glass doors, multiple terraces, private infinity pools, and outdoor showers.

Each villa has a fully equipped, top of the line ocean-facing kitchen, with the option to hire a chef for a meal or an entire stay, indoor and outdoor dining served by a private butler.  The beachfront villas have a secluded private beach area unique to each home, made even more special with a secluded wood deck, shaded by natural vegetation, and featuring a summer kitchen, fire-pit, and outdoor shower.  The ocean view villas distinguish themselves with stunning ocean views made possible by a 65-foot elevation. BEACHFRONT VILLAS –  Nestled on a cliff with up to 40ft of elevation our six beachfront villas range in size from four to five bedrooms. They each have 100ft of private beachfront, accessible by a private staircase carved into the limestone, with a beach deck shaded by a tree canopy and inclusive of a summer kitchen, outdoor shower, and fire pit.

OCEAN-VIEW VILLAS  –  Stunning examples of contemporary beach architecture, the villas blur the line between outdoor and indoor living. The open living spaces are layered with organic materials, including local wood and coral stone. Expansive glass sliding doors lead to private infinity-edge pools, signature outdoor showers, and multiple terraces for alfresco dining and lounging.
