Most of the original materials were salvaged from what once was a 13th-century house, some of the wood was repurposed to create furniture, and modern Italian bathrooms, stone floors, and state-of-the-art lighting were selected to perfectly fit its interiors.

All the bedrooms have A/C, a private entrance, and all open up onto a private garden with views of the surrounding vineyards and olive groves; all bathrooms are provided with hair dryers.
