Unlike most villas in Pedregal, Casa Esperanza has direct walking access to the beachfront, literally 5 minutes, a feature that is rare in this steep, hillside community. And, while maintaining an exceptional level of privacy inside and out, it’s just five minutes from the heart of downtown Cabo San Lucas.  Access to the spectacular and nearby Pedregal Spa & Gym, and tennis courts are included in the rate.

Whether you’re looking for a secluded place to sit and read, or a spacious environment for a full group hangout, CE has the setting for you. The Great Room is massive, and the huge copula in the ceiling, and numerous windowed openings give it an even grander feel. There are copulas in every bedroom, some bathrooms, and 3 in the Great Room alone, for a total of 11 copulas throughout the villa.  When the doors are open, the space is filled with fresh ocean breeze and natural sunlight and the line between inside and out is delightfully blurry. The lounge area has a plush “L” shaped couch facing the dynamic ocean view. The dining room table, designed and custom built in Bali with much of the other furnishings, seats 18 along the panoramic window.  There are almost no large villas in Los Cabos that have a dining table with the same number of seats as sleeping spaces.  The kitchen features high-end stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a social breakfast bar that helps unify the entire open concept atmosphere.

Inside CE’s walls you’ll find plenty to keep you busy and entertained, like Satellite television, a Sonos sound system, and excellent Wi-Fi. On the terrace there’s an amazing infinity pool and spa combination, great for relaxing while looking out upon the ocean view. It also includes a fountain with wading pool for the little ones.  On the spectacular terrace, you’ll also find sun loungers and an intimate fire pit plus a large fire pit with circular seating big enough for all the guests at the same time, ideally for sunset cocktails.

A great way to see Cabo’s dynamic landscapes is from the sea, and Cabo’s marina is the perfect place to charter a tourist or fishing boat for an afternoon of exploring. If there’s a golfer in your group, Cabo del Sol Golf Course is another scenic option. And, for spectacular dining, boutique shopping, and an exciting nightlife, and the world class marina, Cabo San Lucas can’t be beat.
