The house is decorated in a modern English style with artwork throughout the house. The main level features a small sun room, open living room, and large kitchen and dining room. The entire back side of the estate opens to the backyard with french style doors. The kitchen is immaculate with an enormous amount of counter space and stainless steel appliances.

The second of the level hosts the theater rooms, and the master and guest suites. As you enter the master suite, guests are greeted by a long hallway with gorgeous dark wood chest and large full body mirror. The master is unique in style with a high peaking ceiling. The master bath features a stand up shower and old English style bathtub with a beautiful glass door to steam the bathtub and shower areas. Both the guest suite and master suite have large flat screen TVs and en suite bathrooms.

The theater room has a candy and popcorn area, a state of the art theater system. There is also a fireplace in this beautiful decorated room that also has a high peaking ceiling.

The guest house towards the back of the property hosts the second guests suite. The guesthouse is spacious with a lounge area, it’s own full bath, and queen sized bed. This suite also has a flatscreen TV. This is perfect for couples that seek for the ultimate privacy, or kids to have their own little house to themselves.

In between the guest house and the estate is the enormous backyard with large swimming pool. The pool area is filled with lounge chairs for sun bathing, trees to provide shading from the sun, and the large European style swimming pool with fountains that spray water into the pool. There is a large statue at the back end of the pool that is next to the hot tub and spills over into the pool.

Next to the pool is a large, lush, open grassy area. Perfect for wedding ceremonies, this area catches the sunlight perfectly in the later part of the after. The trees scattered around the edge of the property provide a bit of shading creating the perfect temperature and ambiance for a wedding. The area can then be cleared and host the reception afterwards. The patio area immediately outside of the estate has a plethora of patio furniture as well as the back area of the property where there is a gas grill and fire pit to enjoy in the evenings.

The location of the estate and Hancock Park is one of the most amazing parts. Guests can quickly access Hollywood, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, or the 10 Freeway that transports directly to the beach or Downtown LA.
