Villa Noah is a beautifully restored home that hosts 2 king suites with private baths, large gathering kitchen, dining for 14, game table, conversation corner, living room with a fireplace and large screen television.

Upstairs are 2 more queen suites and a bunk room with 6 twin beds and room for sleeping bags with a dedicated private bath. The tall ceilings and large windows provide scenic views from every room.

With an incomparable blend of stunning beauty, ease of access and complete privacy, safety and security, the northern 12 acres of House Island with 5 beaches and 3 homes is a perfect safe haven.

Off the front entrance is a large patio for outdoor dining, parties, meetings, and receptions. It easily accommodates 100 people with a grassy lawn right down to the water. You will have access to explore the northern half of House Island’s 12 acres, 5 private beaches, 375′ pier and 4,000′ of shoreline. House Island is a private island with no public ferry service.

You can be wheels up on a jet out of New York or DC, land in Portland, and arrive on island with your 1st cocktail in hand in less than 2 hours.

Transportation via boat and ambulance is 15 minutes, or just a few minutes by helicopter.
