Simultaneously elegant and relaxed, understated and majestic, intimate and open to the outside, Le Selman is a timeless restaurant that invites you on a journey of the senses. Le Selman has space for 70 covers and is open from 7am to 10.30am for breakfast and from 7pm to 11pm for dinner.

SELMAN BAR

Enveloped by the electro-lounge music mixed by the resident DJ, Selman Bar is nestled at the heart of the hotel. With décor imbued with creativity and sophistication, it offers drinks and cocktails along with a light food menu and a selection of sushi. The bar is open every day from 6pm to 1am.

LE PAVILION
À la carte, Mediterranean cuisine

In the heart of the hotel gardens, Le Pavillon restaurant offers a real culinary break, with our Arab thoroughbred’s parade as a backdrop. The menu is resolutely Mediterranean, unveiling fresh and tasty dishes to be enjoyed in a relaxed atmosphere. Le Pavillon can accommodate up to 80 people and is open every day for lunch from 12:00 to 16:30. Brunch every Sunday with horse show.

POOL BAR

Bathed in sunshine, the Pool Bar at Selman Marrakech offers drinks and a snacking menu. This relaxing spot is the perfect place to stretch out a relaxing break by the 80-metre pool.

ASSYL

Set menu, Moroccan authentic cuisine

With its authentic and charming setting, Assyl offers a gourmet menu that puts the spotlight on the richness of Moroccan cuisine in accordance with local heritage. With space for around 50 people, the restaurant is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 7pm, offering dinner accompanied by a live band of AndaluSian musicians.

SPA ESCAPE VITALITE CHENOT

Nestled in the heart of the hotel Selman Marrakech, Espace Vitalité Chenot Spa is an exclusivity in Morocco. With an area of 1,200 m2, this wellness center is an oriental-inspired spa evoking the hammams of ancient Istanbul. THOROUGHBRED ARAB STUD FARM AND HORSE EXPERIENCES

Every moment at Selman Marrakech is magnified by the presence of Arab thoroughbreds who represent the soul of the place. Two magnificent stables hosting 16 boxes and designed by Jacques Garcia are set in the heart of the Stud farm, allowing our guests to admire the collection of Arab thoroughbreds from the hotel owners’ private breeding. In the gardens, five paddocks welcome horses in freedom, to delight our guests. Another perfectly trained horse farm allows our guests to enjoy unique equestrian experiences in the heart of the hotel under the supervision of our rider artist.
