To ensure the safety of our home and neighbors, we ask that you acknowledge a couple of house rules.
Mandatory House Rules:
– We ask that your stay remains within the boundaries of the property and does not disturb neighbors.
– Please keep volume down and contained to within the house past 10pm.
– Please no Smoking on premises.
– ABSOLUTELY no parties without prior approval and additional fees.
– No drugs. No smoking. No porn/sex parties.
We ask that you respect our house rules or we will kindly ask for you to leave.
ADDITIONAL FEES:
**** Additional fee of $150 for all groups exceeding 25.
**** Cleaning fee: $325 for all bookings.
SECURITY DEPOSIT/ CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE:
**** $675 Security Deposit is required and held through VRBO upon booking- to be returned post stay if no damages occur.
**** Certificate of Insurance must be provided prior to booking for all productions and corporate events.
