The Coco Palms Pool Villa is set in the heart of Wailea with convenient access to many services and entertainment. Guests should expect an assortment of general ambient livings sounds, as the Wailea Beach Villas are set in the heart of an acclaimed world-class resort. IMPORTANT NOTE: The luau at the adjacent Wailea Beach Marriott Resort can be seen and heard from D101. Enjoy the complimentary show and music from your own private terrace four days per week between the hours of approximately 5pm-8pm.

Ambient noise of children playing or similar may be audible at times from the Wailea Beach Marriott Resort adjacent to the Wailea Beach Villas and the D building.

Adjacent resort hotels in Wailea occasionally produce open-air entertainments or events such as luaus or corporate parties, which may include fireworks or musical performances which may be visible and/or audible within Wailea Beach Villas.

You will be a guest in a villa/apartment residential resort with a mix of permanent residents, part-time owner visitors, and vacationing visitors. The villas are fee simple condominiums with individual private owners. The on-site services are not intended to fully duplicate those of a luxury hotel. Valet parking and luggage service may be available only during limited hours in keeping with the residential character of the property.

Supervision of children when using outdoor balcony/veranda “lanai” areas within the resort is required.

The swimming pool and hot tub spa near the beach is for use by guests 18 years of age and older, even when visiting as a family. An additional swimming pool closer to the main building welcomes guests of all ages.

The plunge pool is not heated. It is a cold splash plunge pool only.

Parking is provided on property for one vehicle on a complimentary basis. Air Conditioning should never be set to cool below 70-72 or the equipment may freeze or experience any other damage. Most homes and villas in Hawaii are equipped with residential grade equipment which does not provide bottomless cooling. Cooling is available to a reasonable temperature, usually in the 70-72 range on the very low end. Most guests find that a setting of 72-74 is very comfortable once a unit has been allowed to cool down and with doors and windows closed. At select properties, the air conditioning may only function to a temperature in the 72-74 range with lower temperature settings mechanically excluded.
