This villa commands an elevated position, high on the hillside with quite spectacular 180 degree views over the bay of Villefranche-sur-Mer and Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. It has been meticulously restored with beautifully designed, contemporary interiors.

Gold Coast Estate is the pearl in what was to be a grand development of homesteads on a picturesque point overlooking the inlet to Oyster Bay on Centre Island. Fortunately those larger development plans never came to fruition and the estate transitioned to a private family residence that has been the focal point of family gatherings for several generations.
