Villa Mediteran-Dubrovnik is situated only a few minutes away from the Old Town and it will take you a few minutes of walking through the forest park to reach the nearby beach of Danče. With its charm, it will introduce you to the very heart of Dubrovnik. Pile and the entrance into the Old Town are located close to the villa. The stone villa surrounded by Mediterranean plants will give you a sense of intimacy and ambiance in which upper- class citizens of this town used to live. You are only a few minutes of walking distance away from Pile and the entrance to the Old Town or a walk through the pine forest to the nearby Danče beach. The villa was built in 1930s by a wealthy family from Dubrovnik in chiselled stone with large garden terraces immersed in lush Mediterranean vegetation, and the ideal combination of sun and shade inspire the guest with the sense of gentle warmth. Spacious stone terraces on the upper floor, sunny from sunrise to sunset offer a view of the Old Town and the Fort of St. Lawrence (Lovrijenac). The villa covers 400 m2 divided into the ground floor with garden terraces and the first floor with a spacious sunny terrace. All rooms are air-conditioned and have access to terraces. The villa has five spacious bedrooms with their own bathrooms at disposal. The ground floor of the villa features a large bedroom with its own bathroom, one suite, a large joint salon with a toilette, and a completely furnished kitchen. The upper floor of the house features three bedrooms with their own bathrooms, two of which have a large sunny terrace. The villa can accommodate a total of 15 persons, i.e. 12 + 3 on extra beds. The villa has a Wi-Fi signal in all rooms.

 The villa has two floors. Ground floor: kitchen, dining room, hall with a library, two bedrooms with two bathrooms. First floor has 3 bedrooms with a bathroom and all rooms have access to a garden with garden and terraces. Minibar and safe in each room, jacuzzi, gym with apparatus for the exercise, sauna, library. The entire facility is air conditioned. The villa features equipment that will enable you the most pleasant possible stay. Central heating, oven, cooker, two refrigerators, a freezer, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, two washing  2 machines, a dryer, a steam iron, and hair dryers in all bathrooms. All rooms feature LCD televisions with satellite programmes, a mini bar, a safe and an air conditioner. The villa holds exercise equipment (mini gym), a sauna and a laundry room. Choose a good book or a magazine from the spacious library and enjoy reading in the comfortable lobby, the sunny beach or your room or connect with friends online, or read the latest news and events in the internet corner where you two computers available 24 hours a day. Enjoy a special private dinner organized in the garden terrace or roof of our villa.
