All units are fully air-conditioned with individual systems and equipped with audio and video systems including Smart TVs, high tech ALARM system and CCTV in the surrounding area. The outdoor area of the Property features Mediterranean gardens, a natural grass area and 2 large Infinity pools with sea views and multiple lounge spaces in convenient spots around all units. The first pool is located at the main terrace in front of Villas B and C while the second pool is located outside of Villa A.

The 2 private mini pools which may be heated upon request are located right in front of the pool suites. The main terrace is also equipped with a stone bar with a gas operating BBQ and a built-in Italian oven and 2 large sitting and dining areas.

Last but not least, the Property also features a gym area with a pool view (right next to Villa B), a Chef’s kitchen (behind Villa C), a chapel (behind Villa C), a private parking lot for up to 10 cars and a nearby helicopter landing pad.
